Context

Launching an e-commerce brand from zero, owning both the business decisions and the design decisions.

Constraint

No dedicated dev team — the interface had to be something I could build and maintain solo.

Decision

I prioritised a lean, conversion-first storefront over a fully custom build.

Outcome

Running since November 2018 — still active today.
