Designing, building, and maintaining a fintech platform's digital presence: the core site, a loyalty marketplace, and seasonal campaign activations.
Product Design · Front-End Development · Digital Systems, 2022 to Present
Since 2022, I've owned the design and technical maintenance of a multinational fintech group's core digital ecosystem. Not a single site, but three connected pieces working toward the same goals: growing deposits, driving trading activity, and keeping existing clients engaged. That means designing and maintaining the main platform, building a loyalty marketplace where clients redeem points for products, and producing a steady stream of seasonal campaign microsites throughout the year.
Each part of the ecosystem serves a different purpose, so each one needed its own approach. The main platform had to stay reliable and consistent, something I could keep building on rather than rebuild every time. The loyalty marketplace, where clients exchange points for real products, called for a different kind of interface entirely, built around browsing, redeeming, and rewarding rather than trading.
Then there are the seasonal campaigns. Black Friday, Halloween, Lucky Draw promotions, and most recently a FIFA World Cup activation, each one designed and coded from scratch around a tight, calendar driven deadline. For all of it, I handle the full pipeline myself, from the first concept through to final front end integration. Working across three moving parts year round means switching constantly between long term system thinking and fast, campaign driven execution, while keeping everything feeling like it belongs to the same brand.
Three plus years of continuous ownership across a live platform, a loyalty marketplace, and a full calendar of seasonal campaigns, all designed, coded, and shipped by one person. Each piece plays its part in the same goal: encouraging deposits, driving trading activity, and keeping clients coming back. It's given me a kind of range I'm proud of, the discipline to maintain a stable core product, and the speed to design and ship a fully working campaign site before the next deadline hits.
